I would like to introduce you to the
Relations Quartet. We are a
full time Southern Gospel music ministry. We travel about 230
days a year from the east coast to the west coast and everywhere
in between. Wherever the Lord sends us, we go with these
thoughts in mind: to lift up the name of
Jesus, to see lost souls saved, and to
see other Christians touched by God.
We started over 29 years ago with four young men all related to
each other, hence the name
"Relations
Quartet". Many faces have come
and gone in that period, but we've always been
"Related in Christ", so we continue to
be known as the Relations
Quartet. During these past 29
years, we have been blessed in a
mighty way. We have had the privilege of seeing many people
come to Christ, and have seen many
Christians renew their commitment to the Lord.
The Relations Quartet
was awarded the South Texas Association Group of the Year for
2001, and
then again in 2004. The group was
also nominated for a Diamond Award as Group of the Year in
2004. Our music can be heard on the
radio and the internet all over the world. We have been the
featured on Paul Heil's Gospel Greats
and Solid Gospel Radio. We advertise each month in the
U. S. Gospel News, and The Singing
News magazine, so look for our article and ad.
Rod Treme
is the bass singer and manager of the group. He is also a
licensed, ordained minister.
Rod is an original member of the group
and has written many of the songs performed and recorded
by the group including "I'm On A
Mission", "The Almighty One", "My Lord's Coming Some Day",
"When I go Home", and "Movin' On". He
was voted S.T.G.M.A. Male Vocalist of the year for 2004.
He was also voted at S. G. M.
Fan Fair as one of the top five bass singers in the country.
Rod
and his wife Dianne live in Magnolia,
TX. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.
Ryan Napier
is our lead singer. Before joining us, Ryan sang for a group
from Houston, TX called
"Third Cross". He attended the Stamps
Baxter School of Music for 4 years. Ryan is also a gifted
song writer. He wrote the song "God
Is On His Way". He will bless your heart with his dynamic
personality and his love for the Lord. Ryan and his wife Angela
live in San Antonio, TX.
Jonathan Price
is our tenor singer. Jonathan started out singing with a group
called "Brothers In
Christ". He also sang with the
"Laymen Quartet", both out of North Carolina. He's small in
stature,
but he can really get up there and hit
those high notes. He's a lot of fun to watch too! Jonathan
comes to us from Greenville, NC.
Chad Stephenson,
our baritone singer, is also an accomplished songwriter. He
sang with the trio
"His Grace" for 10 years before
joining us. Chad has received Male Vocalist of the Year awards
and was nominated for two Dove
Awards. Chad's desire is to follow the will of the Lord and see
his ministry grow far beyond man's
expectations. He and his wife Jennifer make their home in
Sanger, TX.
